Description of her work
Dimitra Kousoula is currently a PhD student and she holds a Master’s program in “Kinesiology” at the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science at Serres, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She graduated from the same department in 2010 majoring in Tennis and focusing on Exercise Biology and Clinical Physiology. Her bachelor’s thesis entitled “Acute cardiovascular adaptations during continuous whole-body vibrations in women”.
Research Interests
Cardiovascular adaptations during different types of exercise.
